Well my daughter Shannon age 13 has been busy making this lovely collage for her friend's birthday this weekend as part of her present.

I've finally finished now though and have made a cute little book for Sarah using the Prima Paintables. Had heaps of fun colouring it all in using permanent pens. Started off as an experiment and turned out great.

A beautiful Gift from a beautiful friend

On Friday afternoon I received this parcel from Lea, inside was this beautiful handmade gift of a scrapbooking organiser and hanging monogram with a beautiful friendship verse on the back with so much meaning, it almost brought me to tears.

Thank you so very much Lea for this beautiful gift and being such a beautiful friend, your gift means so much to me and I will treasure them.

This is my beautiful gift from Lea, I just love them.

Bathing Kookaburra

Well this was a lovely sight to see. This Kookaburra having a swim in our pool and doing a little baking to dry off. However, another bird didn't like the kookaburra being there. The kooka flew off and landed on the neighbors garden shed with a spinning whirlygig LOL!! Now you would think it wouldn't stay there wouldn't you LOL!! Take a look at the video below, too funny.

Shannons Halloween 13th Birthday

Shannon celebrated her 13th Birthday on 31st October. She loves having her birthday on Halloween, gives her an excuse to dress up and go trick or treating. This is a tradition for her every year. She had 2 girlfriends stay over on Friday night, they all dressed-up and went out trick or treating. The came home with pumpkins full of candy.
